Exchange and Refund Policy
When your order has arrived, we suggest inspecting the item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are damaged or are the wrong size, please follow the steps below.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item(s), contact us within 30 days of the date of sale at sales@diveshark.com.au with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
- Photo of damaged goods
- Brief reason of return or refund
- Whether you are requesting a full refund or an exchange for a non-damaged item of what was originally ordered.
You will be required to post the damaged item(s) to Dive Shark at your own expense, which will be reimbursed as per the prices listed in Dive Shark's Shipping Policy, should Dive Shark's inspection of the item(s) confirm the item(s) were damaged prior to being dispatched. We recommend taking note of the tracking number for your convenience.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received. Item(s) must have all tags attached and must not had of been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Once the damaged item(s) have been received by Dive Shark, we will inspect the item(s). Dive Shark will notify you of the outcome of this inspection by email. Should the inspection confirm that the item(s) were damaged prior to being dispatched, Dive Shark will either confirm the refund total or confirm the refund of the postage paid to send the damaged item(s) back to Dive Shark and confirm dispatch of an exchanged item which will be sent free of charge.
Expect 5 - 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
Damaged item(s) sent back to Dive Shark without contacting Dive Shark on sales@diveshark.com.au as above will not be accepted. We are not liable for any lost item(s) sent back to us.
Change of Mind
Dive Shark does not offer refunds for change of mind of item, colour, design or different size. Dive Shark will only offer an exchange of the same item if the wrong size was ordered. The new item will be in the originally ordered design and colour.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, contact us within 30 days of the date of sale at sales@diveshark.com.au with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
- Original size ordered and new size requested
You will be required to post the item(s) to Dive Shark at your own expense. When sending an item back, include a self-addressed Australia Post satchel of which your item(s) will be able to fit, so we can send the required sized items back upon confirmation of item quality. We recommend taking note of the tracking number for your convenience.

Once the item(s) have been received by Dive Shark, we will inspect the item(s). Dive Shark will email you after this inspection to confirm that the item(s) have been received. If the items are confirmed to be in pre-sale condition, the email will also notify you of the tracking number of the exchanged item.
